Bree Soellner always dreamed of being involved in residential real estate, which has developed into a deep passion for serving her clients. She moved to San Diego in 2003 to attend college at the University of San Diego and graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. Prior to real estate, Bree worked at a La Jolla based law firm, Tyson & Mendes, LLP, and a San Diego based firm, the Law Offices of Guy Levy & Associates. In addition to Bree’s extensive legal knowledge, she also has a background in sales and marketing which has been exceedingly beneficial in her representation of buyers and sellers. 

Bree excels in working with and being of service to buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County. Her desire to help others is further evidenced in her community volunteer work. She has volunteered throughout her life, including many events in San Diego and with her church like the annual Toys for Joy event, which is held every December. While Bree is experienced working with people across multiple industries in San Diego and in her volunteer work, it is her love for running and fitness that further highlights her tireless work ethic and consistency in getting the job done. She has run eight half marathons plus many other races over the years and remains driven, with the stamina to achieve her fitness goals and her clients’ real estate goals.  

Starting with her very first Rookie of the Year award in 2015, Bree has continuously attained achievement awards year after year. Since embarking on her real estate career in 2014, she has sold nearly $35,000,000 in sales and has closed 67 transactions. Everything Bree sets her mind to, she accomplishes, and this dedication and dependability is something she extends to all of her clients. As her husband Sonny can also attest to, she never gives up on anything she starts and will not give up on helping her clients buy and sell their homes in the future. 

When she isn’t selling real estate, Bree is spending time with her husband and two daughters, Everly and Kaia. They live in University City with their two cats, Bella and Nala. On the weekends they like to go to the beach, go on walks outside, chase their daughters, and cook at home.
