My search for a house was quite difficult because I was living in Colorado with very limited ability to travel to La Jolla to look at properties but I also needed to buy something quite quickly. After discussing what I was looking for with Jeff and going over some of the listings that were available, I made a quick 3 day trip to La Jolla and visited approximately 8-10 homes with him. Through those visits and our discussions of what we were seeing, Jeff was able to dial into what I was looking for and also understand where I was willing to make concessions.
